Thousands of christians gathered today at Lira catholic Cathedral ahead of way of the cross.
Thousands of christians of Lira Cathedral today morning march on the main roads of Lira city as we mourn the death of Jesus christ.
A short prayer was conducted in Lira Cathedral compound before the way of the cross was conducted.
On the other hand, the Minister of health Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero in her message, wished blessings to all the christians of Lira city on Good Friday.
“On this holy Good Friday, I wish all Christians a blessed day of reflection and renewal. May the sacrifice we commemorate strengthen our faith, bring peace to our hearts, and inspire us to live with love and compassion” Said Dr.Jane ruth.
Hon. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero, Woman MP of Lira City, also expressed gratitude to all the christians for their faith in Jesus christ.
