Gavin Promotions rebrands, unveils new properties and business services in Gulu city.

GULU CITY–UGANDA: Gavin Promotions and Real Estates has announced its comeback with a new portfolio of rental houses, commercial properties, land and business support services for residents in Gulu and across Northern Uganda.
The company, which describes itself as a “One Stop Service Centre,” says it is “Back Stronger” with expanded offerings in real estate and company registration.
Housing options across Gulu City:
According to the firm, several houses are available for rent in key city suburbs.
These include a new 2-bedroom house in Koro Rom with power and water at shs400,000, a 2-bedroom house in Kabedopong at shs500,000, and a 1-bedroom house in Kabedopong at shs300,000.
A 3-bedroom house in Laroo with power and water is also available at shs700,000.
Commercial properties and land on sale
Gavin Promotions says it is also handling the sale of a very big school in the middle of Gulu City and a commercial bar and lodge in the city center priced at shs400 million.
In land sales, the company is marketing a 69x42ft plot in Abuga touching the main road at shs68 million, negotiable, a 25x28m plot in Laliya at shs15 million, and 300 acres of farmland in Banna, Amuru District at shs2.5 million per acre.
Beyond real estate:
The firm says it has expanded beyond property to offer business support services.
These include registration of Groups, Businesses, Companies, NGOs and SACCOs, filing of company returns and income statements, land title registration, and social media advertising.
