Kamwokya LC1 Yeko Ebala and His Brother Ochenyi Henry Face Arrest For Demolishing Houses Belonging to Orphans.

The Chairman LC 1 Zone 2 Church area in kamwokya Kampala central, Ebala Basame Yeko and his brother Ochenyi Henry are in hot soup after demolishing houses belonging to orphans in kamwokya.

The houses demolished were bought by the late Kotilda Kokumanya Nalongo in 1986 and later on paid the title holder one Nakintu for a title.

The LC1 chairperson Zone 2 Church kamwokya and his brother Ochenyi Henry have for over 10 years been trying to evict the orphans of late Kokumanya despite overwhelming evidence that they are the owners of the land in question after ownership of over 40 years.

The opharns of late Kokumanya namely; Luyima Donato and Nakyejwe Petronila , have opened a criminal case at Kira road police station after Yeko Basame and Ochenyi Henry started forcefully demolishing their houses for the second time and even started a foundation for another house on the same land.

Earlier on the matter was reported to Kira road police station but no action taken.
In 2012 the then RCC Kampala, Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka and State House handled the matter and stopped eviction of the orphans but over ten years later Yeko and Ochenyi are forcefully evicting the family and demolishing the property.

It is now the prayer of the orphan that central government takes keen interest in the matter and have the LC1 and his brother taken legally for conspiracy to defraud the two orphans of their land.

The two helpless orphans now humbly request the current state House Anti -Corruption unit to apprehend the LC1 chairman, Yeko Ebala and His brother his embattled brother Ochenyi Henry for defiance and conspiracy to commit a felony and defraud orphans of their legally owned land.
