Easter Message from LCV elect Pader district, Hon. Afred Akena
PADER, UGANDA-April 3, 2026
“I am ready to carry the mantle of leadership of Pader together with you for a better Pader. Let us not forget the painful descending voices of the People of Pader about the slow pace of development which we hear as they appeal for peace,unity, transparency and accountability for development. They believe that , personal interest and greed from top leadership of Pader stagnated development. While others say we don’t have competent civil servants in key positions. For these reasons we have to seek for wisdom from God, add knowledge and understanding to appreciate and galvanize the hypothetical paradox for a clear sense of direction.Many blessings , Good Friday.
