LIRA CITY, UGANDA: A new engineering company in Lira City is offering farmers and households affordable access to clean water and modern irrigation in a bid to boost agricultural productivity in Northern Uganda.
SACED Engineering & Supplies, located on Obote Avenue, Lira City, officially launched its operations with a focus on water, energy and smart farm solutions under the theme “Engineering Solutions for a Better Tomorrow.”
Focus on water and smart farming:
The company says it provides reliable, innovative and affordable engineering services for homes, farms and businesses across the region.
According to SACED, its services are designed to address key challenges farmers face, including water scarcity, high cost of fuel for irrigation, and poor farm planning.
“Our goal is to help people access clean and safe water and use modern, cost-effective methods to increase farm yields,” a company statement reads.
