How Hon Dan Mulalu has rallied Teso for Muhoozi ahead of 2031 polls

TESO — Mr Dan Mulalu, has called upon the people of Teso to rally behind the Kazi ni Kazi Teso Pressure Group.
The group aims to galvanise support for Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s anticipated presidential bid for the 2031-2036 term.
Mulalu, has earned respect in Tesi Sub Region and Beyond for his commitment to community development, has taken on the role of Director of the Kazi ni Kazi Teso Pressure Group.
In a press conference, he emphasised the importance of structured mobilisation to ensure that the interests of Teso are represented in the upcoming elections.
“Now is the time for us to unite and prepare for the future. Kazi ni Kazi Teso is not just a pressure group; it is a movement aimed at ensuring that our voices are heard and our needs addressed. We have a clear structure and guidelines that will steer us towards achieving our goals,” Mula said.
The campaign for MK, as Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba is popularly known, is expected to resonate with many young voters and those seeking change in Uganda’s political landscape.
Mula’s grassroots approach and emphasis on community engagement may prove crucial in building a strong support base ahead of the elections.
Alongside his efforts for Gen Kainerugaba, Mulalu has revealed his intention to contest for a parliamentary seat in 2031-2036. His key focus on supporting a presidential candidate while positioning himself for a legislative role could boost Teso’s political influence nationally.
