Deputy RDC Lutwama commissions 2,100 students after patriotism training in Alebtong.
ALEBTONG – In line with Article 17 of the Constitution of Uganda, the Deputy Resident District Commissioner for Alebtong, Mr Mathias Lutwama, on Monday, October 5, 2026, commissioned 2,100 students from secondary and tertiary institutions in Alebtong District who have undergone patriotism induction.
Mr Lutwama encouraged everyone to embrace patriotism and discipline.
“Patriotism is the foundation of national development. Every Ugandan has a duty to love, serve and protect their country,” he said.
