MBARARA, CITY NORTH , UGANDA – Novemwber 13, 2025: The constituents of Mbarara City North are witnessing a transformative era of real development and empowerment, spearheaded by their dedicated vibrant Member of Parliament and National Chairman of the Uganda Agribusiness Alliance, Hon. Dr. Mwesigwa Robert Rukaari. Through a combination of frequent voluntary donations and strategically impactful projects, Dr. Rukaari is demonstrating a profound commitment to uplifting his community, focusing on creating a self-reliant and prosperous populace.
Dr. Rukaari’s philosophy of leadership is rooted in tangible action rather than mere rhetoric. His efforts are strategically channeled into three critical pillars: education, skills training, and entrepreneurship.
Recognizing that education is the bedrock of lasting development, the legislator has been a consistent benefactor, providing scholarships to bright but disadvantaged students and donating essential learning materials to schools across the division. Furthermore, his frequent donations of food, clothing, and other essential items to the elderly and vulnerable families underscore a deep-seated concern for social welfare.
