LIRA CITY, UGANDA – November 21, 2025: As the electoral youth campaign heats up for the 2026-2031 Youth Council positions in Lira City, candidate Ongom Castro has emerged as a prominent contender for the Lira City Council Male Youth Representative seat, centering his campaign on securing and maximizing the benefits of youth empowerment across the city.
