Apili Joy Cinderella Acellam, the Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) flag bearer for Woman Member of Parliament, has secured massive grassroots support, positioning her as a formidable contender in the lead-up to the 2026 general elections.
The declaration of Acellam as the official UPC candidate for the 2026-2031 term has been met with widespread celebration across all sub-counties and town councils within the district.
