Hon. Dr. Samuel Odonga Otto Touches Base at PLU Secretariat Ahead of Grand Launch.

KAMPALA – The Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), has welcomed former Aruu County Member of Parliament, Hon. Odonga Otto, to the PLU Secretariat ahead of today’s official grand launch.
In a message shared on his social media platforms, the Secretary General expressed gratitude for the former legislator’s presence.
“My senior brother, politician and environmentalist Hon. Dr. Samuel Odonga Otto has touched base at the PLU Secretariat for today’s launch. Thank you for honouring our invite and being open-minded, my brother,” he stated.
Hon. Odonga Otto, a vocal and respected political figure from Northern Uganda, is known for his firm stance on environmental conservation and national politics. His presence at the PLU Secretariat is seen as a significant gesture of broad-based engagement and open-minded politics.
Today’s launch at the PLU Secretariat is expected to attract several high-profile political figures, mobilisers and supporters from across the country.
