Agago ARDC Ocana rallies residents on unity, saving as Uganda marks 64 years of Independence.

AGAGO – The Assistant Resident District Commissioner (ARDC) of Agago District, Mr Ocana Morris, has called upon residents of Agago and Ugandans at large to cherish unity and embrace diversity as the country celebrates 64 years of Independence.
In his Independence Day message, Mr Ocana said the day should inspire Ugandans to work together for a stronger and more prosperous Agago District and Uganda at large.

“Our freedom was fought for with courage, let us protect it with peace, love and hard work as per the NRM core principles,” he said.
Mr Ocana urged the public to adopt a culture of saving and avoid wasteful expenditure.
“Let us learn to save money, do not waste or drink all the money in a day,” he said.

He thanked residents for their continued trust and support to the NRM government and Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba (MK), adding that together they will build a more united Agago and a more prosperous Uganda.
For God and My Country.
