Hundreds of residents in Awita, Te-Okole in Amuca Ward, Lira City West Division, are celebrating the return of clean, safe water, thanks to the swift intervention of Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero, the Woman Member of Parliament for Lira City and Uganda’s Minister of Health.
