More Death Registered in Adjumani and Obongi as land Wrangle Intensifies: Adjumani RDC says the situation is under control.

Three (3) people have been killed while several others have been injured as a result of tribal clashes allegedly by Acholis and residents of Obongi who were cultivating in Jendua and Apia in Adjumami district.
The incident took place on Friday.
The RDC Adjumani Toko Swibe, confirmed ti Taysri Newd Ugabda that three people so far have died after they were cut and chopped with pangas and spears.
Those injured include 27 year old Anjo Grace who whose back was speared,the head cut and legs cut with pangas.
Anjo’s 5 year old son called Anyinyat Inocent was also beaten by the assailants.
Both RDC Obongi Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka and RDC Adjumani Toko Swibe ,and the ARDC Komakech Robert Obina police OC Obongi rushed to Obongi health center 4 where Anjo Grace has been admitted in a critical condition.
Anjo informed the RDC that the assailants who were holding pangas and spears speaking in Acholi mercilessly beat her neighbor Mamawi Kararina chopping him to death.
She said she had alot of gun shots during the assault.
Anjo told the RDC that after killing Mamawi they started beating other people and her old 5 -year- old son.
The RDC Obongi Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka sympathised with Anjo who was speaking with alot of difficulty and in pain promising that she would be treated and the culprits brought to book.
