President Yoweri Museveni swearing-in ceremony under way as he arrives inspected guard of honour.
The EC chairman was welcomed by Vice president Jesica Alupo. “We wish him Continued sucess and strength” Said Jesica Alupo. Among other diginitaries present are; Chief Justice , SG Richard Todwong, Heads of delegation and deplomatic mission.We are gathered here to witness the swearing-in ceremony of presisent-elect Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda” Added Alupo.
Present already are other heads of states,EC Simon Byabakama, Ambassador Amoru Paul, Cabinet ministers, State Ministers, RDCs Among others.
