Haruna Kasolo, Amb.James Kinobe lead mobilisation drive as by-election race heats up.

Kalangala, Uganda: Senior NRM officials have pitched camp in Kalangala District to rally support for Idah Nabayiga, the party’s flag bearer in the Kalangala District Woman MP by-election.
The team, led by Buganda Region Vice Chairperson Hon. Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo and NRM Electoral Commission Commissioner Amb. James Williams Kinobe, today joined district party leaders to kick off mobilisation meetings.
The day’s activities started with a strategic briefing for the campaign task force at Rwabaswa Landing Site in Bujumba Sub-county, Bubembe Island.

Hon Kasolo and Commissioner James Kinobe will later hold a broader grassroots strategy meeting with mobilisers and local NRM leaders across the sub-county.

Meanwhile, candidate Idah Nabayiga is on the campaign trail under the banner.
She spent the day engaging voters and laying out her vision in Butulume and Buggala on Mazinga Island.
