Apac,Uganda-June 25, 2026: Apac Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Andrew Onyuk, has warned leaders in the district against any form corruption in the Parish Development Model (PDM) and cattle restocking programs.

“Consequences unbearable”
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Onyuk cautioned parish chiefs, Parish Development Committee [PDC] leaders and SACCO executives to avoid any acts of corruption.
“Consequences are unbearable as tgey will be prosecuted legally,” RDC Onyuk stated.
The RDC said he had received complaints from residents about attempts to mismanage PDM funds.
He urged parish chiefs lagging behind in PDM implementation to “double efforts” to improve Apac’s performance at national level.
Restocking warning
Onyuk also warned against tampering with cattle restocking programmes, stressing that no beneficiary names should be altered.
He threatened to arrest anyone interfering with PDM or restocking activities.
