Justice Ministry Lira Regional Office to Hold Sensitization Rally on Property Inheritance in Lira City.

LIRA, UGANDA – The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Lira Regional Office, will hold a sensitization rally on property inheritance and the dangers of not leaving a will.
The sensitization rally is scheduled for September 10th at 9:00 AM at Mayors Garden, Lira City.
According to the organizers, the rally will sensitize the public on key issues including:
- The procedure and documents required to open a file
- The role and challenges faced by the Administrator General in estate management
- How to make a will, the advantages of leaving a will, and the dangers of not leaving a will
- The law governing property inheritance where a person has left or not left a will
- How to access the deceaseds’ bank balance and documents from the bank, among others.
The event is organized by the Lira Regional Office.
