Alebtong RDC Okiswa Comforts Colleague Over Motgera ’s Death.

ALEBTONG, UGANADA: The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Alebtong, Mr. Geoffrey Okiswa, has paid a courtesy call to condole with his counterpart, the Deputy RDC of Adjumani, Emanuel Okware, following the passing of his mother.
During the visit, RDC Okiswa offered words of spiritual encouragement to the bereaved family, drawing from the scriptures in Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
“I have paid this visit to stand with Comrade Commissioner Okware during this difficult time of his mother’s demise,” Okiswa stated.
According to the official funeral arrangements, the deceased will be laid to rest on April 18, 2026, at Magodes Town Council in Tororo District.
The RDC prayed for the Lord to comfort the family as they prepare to send off their dear mother. May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
