Kampala ,Uganda | June 9, 2026: President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will deliver a national address on the ongoing Ebola situation on Wednesday at 8pm.
The President of the Republic of Uganda Gen.Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to give key updates, national guidance at 8pm on the issues concerning Ebola situation in the country.
The address will be broadcast live on all television and radio stations, as well as on social media platforms.
According to communication from State House, the President is expected to provide important updates on the outbreak and issue national guidance on the government’s response.
The public has been urged to tune in for the address. Uganda has been battling an Ebola outbreak, with the Ministry of Health continuing surveillance and response efforts in affected districts.
