Lira, City- June 23, 2026: Senior Superintendent of Police Hillary Mukiza has officially taken over as North Kyoga Regional Police Commander.
The handover was conducted on Monday at 10:20am at the Regional Police Headquarters in Erute, Lira City.
Outgoing RPC, Assistant Commissioner of Police Wesley Nganizi, handed over office to SSP Mukiza.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Deputy RPC, Sector Commander, Regional CID Officer, Regional Intelligence Officer, Regional Human Resource Officer, Regional Community Liaison Officer, Regional PRO, and the DPC Lira City Central.
