Eyen Moses Yendo Ready to Sweep Over 70% Votes in Ireda Central Park cell LC1 Election.

LIRA CITY— Vibrant community NRM mobilizer Mr. Eyen Moses is emerging as the frontrunner in the race for LC1 Chairperson of Ireda Central Park, Ireda West Ward, Lira City East Division.
With just few days left to the July 28th, 2026, LC1 elections, several residents in Ireda West Ward say Moses, who is contesting under the slogan “Tic Pi Lwak, Dongo Pacu” meaning —“Work for the People, Develop home Together” — has built strong grassroots support that could see him win with over 70% of the vote come 28th July 2026.
Speaking to his supporters during a consultation meeting this week, from Ireda central park cell, Ireda West Ward, Lira City East Division in Lira City, Moses pledged to prioritize unity, security, sanitation, and youth empowerment in Ireda Central Park.
“We need leadership that listens and works. My focus is to unite all of us, ensure our children are safe, our streets are clean, and that every voice in Ireda is heard,” Moses said.
His campaign has gained traction because of his record of community service and accessibility. Wearing the yellow bus symbol, Moses has been holding meetings with boda boda riders, market vendors, and youth groups across the cell.
Local residents describe him as “approachable” and “action-oriented.”
“Moses is already working with us even before elections. That is why we are voting him massively on July 28,” said a resident of Ireda Central Park who asked not to be named.
Analysts tracking the LC1 race in Lira City East say Moses’s message of inclusive development has resonated widely, especially among youth and women who make up the majority of voters in the area.
The LC1 elections, scheduled for Monday, July 28, 2026, will determine village leadership for the next 5-year term, 2026-2031.
As campaigns enter the final stretch, Moses continues to urge residents to turn out in large numbers.
“ Let us develop together. Vote for service, vote for unity, vote Eyen Moses,” he told supporters during a consultation on Wednesday.
