PLU hails Koboko RDC Hasaka Mpimbaza as one of best in Uganda

KOBOKO – The Office of the National Chairperson of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) has named Koboko Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Mr Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka, as one of the best performing RDCs in the country.
The declaration was made by Hon Kabanda David from the Office of the National Chairperson of PLU while presiding over a PLU mobilisation meeting at Boma Ground in Koboko District.
Hon Kabanda, who was accompanied by the Director of Mobilisation at the PLU Secretariat, Mr Mawanda Michael, commended Mr Hashaka for his dedicated service to the country.
“The people of Koboko are lucky to have Mr Hashaka as their RDC. I appeal to all leaders and wanainchi to work with him to develop Koboko,” Mr Kabanda said.
He said Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni left his comfort zone and sacrificed to join the army to defend the country against rebels, which he said is a sign of good leadership.
He thanked the people of Koboko for turning up in large numbers for the meeting.
The Director of Finance and Administration at the NRM Secretariat, Hajati Medina Naham, also lauded Gen Kainerugaba for his role in defending the country.



For his part, the Koboko North MP, who is also the PLU Coordinator for Koboko, Dr Noah Musa, pledged massive mobilisation for PLU in the district.
In his remarks, the RDC, who is commonly known as Balam Barugahara of Koboko, said several people have been arrested and civil servants interdicted in the ongoing fight against corruption in the district.
