Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa. The event was graced by Hon. Dr. Mwesigwa Robert Rukaari, MP for Mbarara City North, who commended the constituency for their unwavering support and reaffirmed his commitment to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party.
